I am looking for a unisex name for an adult. So far on the list is

Frankie
Robin
Mattie
Jamie

These are all versions of current names I can use but struggling to pick one.

Also any other suggestions. Apart from Rowan can’t use that .

Max .. Maximus and Maxima .. though they are nick names
Alex.. Alexander and Alexandra .. though they are nick names
Danny and Dani, Daniel and Danielle
Gabriel and Gabrielle
Patsy .. Patrick and Patricia .. though they are nick names
Lee
Taylor
Sage
Bailey
Jordan
Charley and Charlie .. Charles or Charlotte.

Nick names are not really unisex names to me.
Similar with Frankie - Frank, Francis, Franklin or Frances, Francesca.
Mattie is a nick name for Matthew but hardly ever Matilda as they tend to be called Tilly or Tildy.
Jamie is a nick name for James and very rarely for a girl.

Most 'unisex' names are people misusing a masculine name because it 'sounds feminine' and are their way to become a feminine name. I understand the attraction of giving a girl a name that doesn't immediately scream 'feminine' but realistically you would have more success giving a girl a strong feminine name rather than a cutesy boys name.

Or what about
Lynn
Florence
Shirley.
