I am so stuck. I have girls' names galore, please give me nice slightly arty boys' names that won't get hugely popular in a year or two

Have only read the first few posts, where you liked 'A' names (don't know if we have moved on from there)

How about Alesio?

Hello,
Was lurking on this thread on Saturday - can't believe it's still in full flow! Here's one you've probably not had yet (although I've not looked through the full 800 odd posts....) Our funky neighbours have a beautiful trendy teenager called Thaddeus - apparently it's obscurely biblical. Think they call his Thads at school. Love it but don't know if I could pull it off.

In Germany, Thaddeus is the octopus in Sponge Bob - not sure what he's called in english.

MrsJohnCusack · 17/03/2008 12:33

oh just call him Gary and be done with it

MadameCh0let · 17/03/2008 12:46

I suggested Thaddeus already!

If we're doing composers, what about Tycho. Tyke-O. Or, rascal?

I call my son rascal. Rhymes with Pascal.

barbamama · 17/03/2008 12:56

Isn't Tallis a girls name? - like it though
