I heard this name recently and thought it was pretty. What does everyone think?

It means "treasure" in my home language...very nice, but it might be confusing for westerners.

What language is it and how do you say it? Is it Tack-A-ra or TACK-a-ra or something else?

In my language (Japanese) it is very flat sound. Not much intonation at all. Just Ta-ka-ra but I understand the English urge to add intonation.
