Luke, Lucas or Luca?

Thinking about options for baby boy's names and love all of these but not sure which option to go for.

Older sister has a very classic four letter name beginning and ending with A...

I prefer Luke without knowing his sister's name.

If the sister is Anya, then I think Lucas is the best choice.

I have a feeling her name isn't Anna because it's too obvious, so I think Luca would go well with other trendy names like Ayla, Amia, Amya, Aria, Alia, Asia, Arla, and Alba. Etc.
