Middle names to go with Clementine?

We need 2 middle names to go after Clementine.

We prefer unusual names, or older names.

Any ideas?

Oh Muriel was a joke (but a diddly joke!)

Clary · 24/02/2008 23:32

Oh I like Muriel but then it is the name of a pal's DD (and also a pal of my mum's who is amazed to see it coming back - but maybe it isn't)

They were going to call their second DD Agatha but he turned out to be a DS (shame IMO, that they didn't use Agatha I mean, their DS is lovely of course).

Califrau I have become obsessed with finding the song equivalent rhythm of my family's names.

Dp is "Oh dear, what can the matter be"
Dd is "Who ate all the pies" but not with surname - still working on it.
Mine is almost "half a pound of tuppeny rice" but not quite - still searching.

Dd thoughtfully allowed me a little under 2 hours sleep last night (poor mite - not on top form) so I've had hours to work on these, and to Diddly Diddly Bong.

I think Clementine Diddly Diddly Bong is too much.

I'm working on Clementine Diddle Dee Bong, but it's hard not to loose the 'Dee'. (Clementine Mary Jane Bong)

Also possible is Clementine Diddle Dadiddledee Bong. (Clementine Mary Persephone Bong)

I am rather sleep deprived and should probably stop now.

and I can't work one out for the 4th yet.

PPH, got your email this morning thank you - will reply later.

Bluestocking · 25/02/2008 21:04

Thanks to Cali, I've just realised that my DS's name scans exactly the same way as "In and Out the Dusty Bluebells". He'll be thrilled when I sing it to him tomorrow. My own name (two middle names) scans like a Hilaire Belloc cautionary tale - probably the one that begins "The chief defect of Henry King".
