Thoughts on the name Indie? What middle name would you pair?

Awful. India if you must (could be Indie for short) I don't like that really but at least it's more like a real name.

I know two. But they are dogs, so I don't see it as a serious name for a child.

I think India with the nickname Indie. Indie is a nn for India, it's not a standalone name.

I hate it and it's my nieces name.

I know 2 Indies.
One is India on the BC and the other is Indigo on the BC.
It's not an awful name but I prefer both official names.

We have a niece (not in the UK) who is Indianna - Indie for short. I love it.

I love it, would prefer Indiana so she has options.

If you must, use Indiana or Indigo.

It's really awful. It sounds like a nickname, and it's a twee word for a private school.

I don't see a difference between Indie and other names like Evie, Rosie, Katie ect. Only Indie is less common and has a fresher feel IMO.
