i like it, I think it’s Gaelic for Scotland.

Pronounced correctly it's ok but it is naming your child after a country which is massively frowned upon in certain circles

Amongst other things, the world Alba has a strong connection to Scotland that may or may not be a problem to you though.

Very popular name in Spain. I think it’s beautiful

I don’t like it much, it’s a bit too close to Alma which is too downtrodden 60s barmaid for me, also it reminds me of a depressing Spanish play where all the daughters were bullied (the house of Bernadine Alba or something)

I know an Alba, she’s Spanish. Nice lady, nice name.

It's lovely, Spanish for dawn or sunrise. My niece is an Alba and she loves her name.
