Mine was Juliette. The other ‘pretty girls’ were Luisa, Holly and then there were a few Rebecca/Rachels.

Lauren - she looked like Bridget Bardot but knew it!

Middle school: Natasha. She was beautiful and could be nice but she was friends with the mean girls.

Secondary school: Emily. Stunning, kind, friendly.
Everyone fancied/liked her and I admired how she managed to straddle all the social groups and stay popular. She went out with the best looking lad in school.

She ended up marrying one of the nerds from school. He wasn't good looking at all, not unpopular so much as didn't really register with most people. He was a bit immature and I would never have put them together. I certainly wouldn't have expected her to stay around here.

I knew a few very pretty Lucys and Sarahs but those were very common names so there were also others who weren't pretty.

What is the point of this thread? I know it's supposed to be lighthearted but it's a bit soul destroying reading all these assessments of people's looks on a naming forum. I keep things girls names can be so limiting so many are jewels or flowers or small modest things (wren anyone?). It's depressing sometimes to read the stereotypes and snobbery and ageism people feel able to unleash freely on naming threads. It would be nice to see more about inspirations or character or being anything in life. (Not being a total party pooper and meant a bit lightheartedly myself but this thread is just a bit antiquated).

I assumed OP was creative writing, and wanted some name inspiration.

I knew a Megan, who I thought was the prettiest girl in our year. She was a nice girl, although I never really talked to her much.

Delilah, But she was a bit of a mean person, very Judgy.

There was also another, I think her name was Eden, can't quiet remember, similar personality to Delilah so not a very nice person, but beautiful all the same.

Shahana was probably the most beautiful girl in my year and I've just fb stalked her and she's still stunning.

There was quite a few girls who were supposedly the "fit" ones that the boys fancied and none of them were anything more than pleasantly attractive. They were just the blonde hair stereotype. And none of them have aged well.

I have no idea what happened to Nina. Donna and Barbie have grown up kids.

Annabelle changed her name and is a bitch and bully same as at school, Roberta is the same but she was ok but had bullying tendencies if things didn’t go her way.

Funnily enough it’s the ones who weren’t pretty or were awkward or with puppy fat who blossomed, Alex and Antonella being two.

I was considered very pretty but my name is very outing so I won’t say it. Looks fade too.
