But I think you're being a bit silly.. if you don't like the question, you need not spend any time on it at all

Alison for me too; not old-fashioned at all as it's been used in Scotland for several centuries. I hate it when people think a name is "dated" because it had a surge in America/the Anglosphere which has now subsided.
