I do like the spelling ‘Vivian’ but I thought that’s a mans version in some countries?

Vivien is generally female, such as Vivien Leigh.

Vivian with an A can be the mans name although I think that's fairly uncommon these days.

I actually love strong, androgynous names (such as Alex, Jude etc), but I would say most people would associate Vivien and even Vivian as being female.

I love Alice and Lydia.

You've not asked for other suggestions but as your DD is in NICU, I wondered if Beatrice (she who brings happiness) or Miriam (wished for child) might suit her.

Selena but I’d spell it Selina. Or even Celine, that would go perfectly with your (approximate!) surname. All lovely and unusual.

Vivienne gets my vote.

They are all really lovely names. You have great taste. Say them all in your head with middle name and surname and the voices and accents of those whom you love. It will come to you. Congratulations!
