Wannabe middle class hipster parents who can't afford a warehouse conversion and live in the burbs instead. Try to make up for lack of urban lifestyle by dying everyone's hair in bright colours. At around 14 yo the kids will think they are rebelling by suddenly being rude to the people who provide their extra curricular activities, not realising that disdain for anyone providing a service is a true indicator of their inevitable assimilation.
