I have never met such a highly concentrated group of people who hate "cutesy" names as I have seen on MN.

Alice - Meh
Grace - Ok
Millie - nice
Thea - lovely
Nancy - ok
Daisy - pretty

1.Daisy (love this, my Nana's name)
3.Grace (pretty & classic)

Millie - (prefer Milly) 0-100 name good choice

Alice - personally don't like it, nothing wrong with it though
Thea - again, I don't like it, but no good reason.
Nancy - Ditto it has a obnoxious child feel to it to me!
