Sienna would be my fave ! Next it would be Zara

I agree with @Growingyou - though seems we are minority! I just don't love the sound of Astrid, I think it is quite a harsh sounding name for a girl... though it probably does suit your (albeit distant!) scandi heritage, and it is the least popular of your options, if popularity matters a lot to you.

(For what it's worth, I was "Crabette B" through school as I had a popular name - a bit annoying sometimes but it didn't ruin my life! And it's much less of a big deal as an adult, as peers are no longer all from the same year and names at work are diluted by popular names of other age groups. And I now quite like the sound of Crabette.)

As such, I'd go for Sienna, Georgia, or Zara, as to me they are nicer sounding names - though there are far worse names than Astrid if you do go for that!

For a similar one though, bizarrely I actually also really like Enid?

Thank you! I’m less worried about popular, but I don’t want an ‘in vogue’ name that will date really easily - bit worried about Sienna on that front!

Sienna dates back to roman times, I'd say it's dated very well Smile

I love the name Astrid but I always think of Michael Scott and Astird...and I am in the UK. Sadly it would put me off, not because of strangers thinking it but because of me hearing it every time.

Honestly, Sienna and Georgia are both a bit naff.

Astrid and Zara are definitely far classier names tbh, whichever you pick.

Zara. Then you can buy all her clothes from there and not faff about with ironing on name labels.
Also like Zana for a similar but quirky name

I like Sienna, Zara and Georgia but I think they are all quite popular at the moment (if that's a factor for you)
