Names that are oldish, similar to Hazel

I thought me and DP had both agreed on Hazel. I know it’s not to everyone’s taste but I don’t know any Hazels and I like that it’s an older name as opposed to more ‘modern’ names.

DP likes the name Autumn and April, although she won’t be born in Autumn so I’ve said no, and she’d only be born in April if I was overdue (due 31st March). Although I’ve ruled it out due to our surname. I know they’re not necessarily old names.

I like Mabel but it’s too common with people I know so I’ve had to rule that out.

I love Dulcie. I know some ssy they dont like that it has Dull in it but becaise the only one i ever knew was spanish, to me it's dooltheh which is lovely. Doolsey is lovely too

That was my mums name and the only person (apart from Dr Hilary on GMTV) that I know with that name, just assumed it belonged purely to mum :)

Actress Emily Blunt has a Hazel and a Violet- think these are both beautiful names and sound similar in feel.
