How would you pronounce Ivo and Ivan?

The title says it really. EE-VO or EYE-VO? EE-VAN or EYE-VAN?

Ivo - ee-vo
Ivan - eye-vun (but wouldn't raise an eyebrow at being told it's ee)

Yvan would confuse me but I'd take a stab in the dark with uh-vuhn.
