What are your thoughts on this name? I quite like vibe of the very popular Arlo but I think it's too common now

I do know it could be very much linked to the Argo film and the whole situation but do you think it's still usable or an absolute no?

Otto is a fine name, Dutch I think?

As PP says Pico is very close to Pica, which is when dog eat shit.
Frankie is a very popular boys name in the UK atm. Franco is a bit dictatory.
