Which do you like best please? Or any other options?

Want to honour a late family member who went by Ro. A nickname, not her real name, which we don’t want to use.

Middle name Bethan.

TIA

I vote Rose, it’s just so so classic and gorgeous. Can have Rosie or Ro as her nickname if she likes

I like Roxanne/Roxanna

Personally would avoid the name Rowan due to confusion with v popular name (fastest rising in top 100) Roman @Strangeinthenight

Thetimetravelerswife · 02/12/2019 22:03

I like rose and Rosa.

Mattelio · 02/12/2019 22:06

I like rosalie! Then you can nickname ro, rose or rosie as she goes through life :)

I know a rosie who's full name is rosanna which you might like?

PlasticPatty · 02/12/2019 22:09

My daughter is Rosaria. We call her Rosa for short or sometimes Rosebud.

bluerad · 02/12/2019 22:29

We have a Rose and she gets called Ro Ro by her friends.

Astronica · 02/12/2019 22:30

I like Rose best of your options. Rose Bethan is gorgeous.

lovelyjubilly · 02/12/2019 22:44

Love Rosalie, closely followed by Rosa

lovelyjubilly · 02/12/2019 22:44

I also know a little Roselle which I think is lovely.

PixieN · 02/12/2019 22:50

Rosita or Rosie.

Tillygetsit · 02/12/2019 22:50

Rosa or Rosanna are my favourites.

FamilyOfAliens · 02/12/2019 22:56

I love Rosemary, and you never hear it these days.

DD is Rosemary. It’s my absolute favourite name ever. She is a young adult now and goes by Rose.

Pieceofpurplesky · 02/12/2019 22:58

Rosalie. If I had ever had a DD it would have been on the list.
Plus I am a massive Grimm fan!

bananahood · 02/12/2019 23:04

Rhonda?

bananahood · 02/12/2019 23:04

Not Rhonda, silly phone. I meant Rhona.

NoSauce · 03/12/2019 07:50

Just Rose. Beautiful.

Allthebears · 03/12/2019 15:34

Rosette

Fizzygigs · 03/12/2019 19:05

Rosalind

CharitySchmarity · 03/12/2019 22:26

I like Rosalie but I pronounce it Roz not Rose. If I was specifically trying to get the short form Ro, I think I'd go for Rowena, which I also like a lot.
