A bit random I know but sometimes I hear a surname and think 'ooh, that's a good one'!

Mine is pretty comical but definitely could be worse... though if I could choose, I'd go for Cathcart or Brocklebank!

Great q - I like history so would go for a sort of Medieval Lord surname like Norfolk or Nottingham, or a Norman Conquest one like Devereux

My husband aunt was called Claudia Ferrari and I think I could rock that.

I share my unusual name with a famous internationally known sportsman and we are distant relatives (second cousins). I am always being asked «ohhh are you related to xx?» And then I get bombarded with questions when I just want to pay for my pint of milk.

So sometimes I think how nice it would be to be a Smith and not have to field questions.

I had a teacher called Miss Flowerdown. She was really pretty and kind...her name suited her. She got married and became Mrs Pickle...which made us all laugh. Both great names for different reasons.

I used to work with a teacher called Miss Biggadyke (not even joking!!). Bloody brilliant name...luckily it was a primary school though, as you can imagine the hilarity that would ensue after every utterance of 'yes Miss Biggadyke' in high school 😳

No, dear. I just don’t give a flying pigs shite about the whole ‘why can’t women propose’ shite. Not even on a leap year. I’m not going to fall in the lap of everyone else’s ‘it’s 2019, equality, non binary, pansexual’ and whatever other utter rubbish that is today’s ‘normal’.

I want a proposal, the ring, the white dress and the piece of paper to make it legal.

Why is it so frowned upon to want a proposal from a man now?
