Don't do it - we're all Js in our house. I think my mum did this so she could open our post

Funnily enough, my brother and I are both Js. My Mum said it was to save money on Cash's name tapes - we shared J. __
And I married a Mr J so am now J.J. It all gets a bit much...

Just remember that what you name your child will influence how he or she is perceived by his or her peers, teachers and employers throughout life and can therefore have a significant impact on the child's future. You may like "modern" names but modern names date quickly. Bear in mind that Kevin, Tracy and Sharon were "modern" names in the 60s...
Stick to the classics and your child won't be stigmatised or dated or hate you for it!
