DH is turning into an early contender for PFB Dad of the Year and is searching for 'sunshine names'.

My name is the C name which means light, so that's out.

I suggest Luna which is apparently a 'night name'.

Boy or girl names welcome.

Heulwen is nice but if outside wales will be mispronounced and mangled. It is dated.
Why not go for Sunray or something.

I always like the name Lux for a girl after the book/film The Virgin Suicides. It is from the Latin for 'light'.

Phoebe or Phebe (/ˈfibi/) is a female given name (Ancient Greek: Φοίβη), feminine form of the male name Phoebus (Φοίβος), an epithet of Apollo meaning "bright". In Greek mythology, Phoebe was a Titan associated with the moon.

Well that's confusing. I knew it had to do with the moon, but I didn't know it also meant bright.

I think "Sunny" would be lovely. Or Lucy if you want something more classic.

Alba means dawn (in Italian) if that helps?
