Baby name Meadow

Hi, we've been looking for a middle name that suits Meadow. Due to family connections we have been thinking Meadow Patricia. I'm not sure if this is too traditional for an untraditional name.

I love Meadow! Patricia doesn’t really go but it is a middle name and how often will all three names be spoken out loud?

Yes, it's so old fashioned. Shame as it's a family name. I'll keep thinking.

I wanted a nature name. My mother died a long time ago now but I wanted a name that reminded me of her, so I wanted a nature name. Meadow was actually chosen by my partner but I love it too.

Meadow Patricia flows fine to me. I like that you’ve got a more old fashioned/traditional name in there with Meadow. Any other family names you like?

Does it have to flow? It's a first and middle name, not hyphenated

Other family names would be Isla, June, Carol Elizabeth

Meadow is lovely. Reminds me of Meadow Soprano but I think that's just because I don't know any others.

I've got a Meadow so I'm biased Smile but a more traditional middle name sounds fine to me. We did this using a family middle name ... so she has a choice of a more traditional name if she wants. It's not a popular name on here for some reason but I always get really positive reactions to it in real life. Sorry on a tangent it's not what you were asking. I like Patricia as a middle name.

But I love it!

Agree they don't blend as well as some people prefer middle names too - but how often do you actually use the names together? Middle names are generally family names given out of respect.
