I don't love any boy names

Expecting a little boy in 4 months, only trouble is there are no names that I love. I like Charlie, Jacob and Jack but can't use these, but I also don't love them. I don't want a name that's everywhere and is really common but I feel like all the names I like are, but again, I just don't love them? Help!

I like Andreas or Kostos but I have ties to Cyprus. It's a bit different. If you are looking for a unique name what about a name that is common from a country you love

I can identify with your problem. We love all aspects of nature, and chose a name for our DS that resonated with that. Somehow our child resonates that too. Not sure whether we just think that because we want to, but it confirms to us that we found the right 'fit' name-wise!

You only need to like one name so if you like Elliot then go for that! It's a lovely name and doesn't need a shortening. His mates will come up with something random anyway.

Boys names are hard and I think a lot of people don't get the same feeling with them as for girls names. In the same situation I picked a strong classic name, a middle name that was meaningful and have left the rest to his lovely little personality Smile

Rat, I did the same thing, classic first name, which we use shortened version of and family middle name. I thought DC had choice that way.

I didn't feel that my pregnancy bumps had names and even when born they didn't look like their names, but they grew into them.
