I really love this name but not sure if it's too unusual? I prefer it to Eleonor or Leonora though quite like them too. Do you prefer spelling Leonor or Leonore and do you think they work in UK or would they be confusing and get misspelled or mispronounced?

I think Leonore with the "e" is beautiful; looks masculine without it.
