Millie, Florence, Scarlett

please may I have some opinions on these names? which is your favorite and least favorite and any other comments (good or bad!) would be much appreciated.

I like them all, but Millie would be my least favourite of the three. It has not so nice connotations in Northern Ireland too.
Scarlett is my favourite, it's got a bit more of an edge. Florence is very pretty but very popular if that kind of thing bothers you.
