Thanks so much for all the opinions! And I love some of the middle name suggestions too. Does anyone know any Merediths and if so, what do they get called for short? I love Dora as a shortening for Theodora but we’re not sure what to go for with Meredith 🤔

Meredith can be shortened to Merry, Edith, Edie, Mimi (Meemee) and probably a few other names too.

Theodora and Iris are both lovely

The Meredith I know doesn't get shortened. It's not a given.

Not keen on Sylvie in a British accent, so depends where you live. I used to love Iris but I’ve gone off it lately. It’s a bit harsh sounding maybe.

Meredith is nice and would be my second choice off your list. I like the nns Merry and Red.

I think Theodora is about OTT and I only like Meredith because of Grey’s, but it’s actually not a very nice name IMO

I like Sylvie with Meredith as a middle name but Meri as a nn for Meridith is cute
