Aoife Elizabeth/Aoife Betty?

I think we're fairly set on Aoife as a first name, but haven't discussed a middle name. DH has called bump 'Betty' all along so I think it would be fun to use this as her middle name. We have a one syllable, common surname.
Do you think Betty works as a middle name? I figure Elizabeth sounds a bit better, but obviously loses a bit of the original meaning.

Why not have two middle names to avoid the E for Elizabeth problem.

..Not sure about Elizabeth due to the E for Elizabeth issue , and I don't like Betty either though.
