We both love it but unfortunately my mother doesn't. I don't care. I wish I hadn't told her! She'll have to learn to like it!

Polly is too cutesy for me. I just think of a chubby, girly, cutesy, princessy girl. I see it as more a pets name than a persons name, if I'm honest. Polly as a nickname for something like Philippa would be nice.
