I know two. One is called "Mima" and one is called "Jim/Jimmy".

I think Emmie is a bit contrived.

I never fail to understand why parents to be think of a name then have to have a nickname straight away. If you don't like the name enough to use it as it is have another name instead

I've met a lovely Mima (pronounced My-ma), although I think it was mostly family and close friends who use this nn, everyone else calls her Jemima

My Jemima is Mima, or J. My mil calls her puddleduck.

Of course Emmie could be used, usually for jemima you can use: mimi, mimes, jem, jemma, jemsy or even mia but may I suggest you let it happen naturally, also once in school you have no say what's used really by other children of course, teachers you do!
