My name is Alicia, and it is pronounced al-ee-sha. I hated it as a kid as it was always pronounced wrong due to the spelling which I agree is incorrect for the pronunciation. I read it as al-is-ee-ya and if I wasn't too old would change it.

My sister is Alicia and is pronounced Al-i-see-ya.

On the rare occasion someone mispronounces it she or someone just corrects them. Job done.
