Definitely Kit but always short for Christopher. It’s DS3’s name and I love it. I wanted it for his older brothers but DH vetoed then relented for DS3. Now he loves it.
I also love Patrick as I have one of those too (outing self) and shorten it to Paddy which we love.

Lewis is the only one I’m not so keen on. It has s very different feel to the others on your list.
