Baby girl is due in 2 weeks I've posted about having the name Maggie but I've changed my mind !
What does everyone think of the name Misty ?

I'm not sure why I changed my mind about Maggie I down know if I felt it was too harsh sounding and maybe a bit too old fashioned to go with my other girls names .

I don't dislike Missey but I think I'd get far too many comments from family .

There used to be a girls magazine years ago called Misty - not very helpful and showing my age!

I met a misty yesterday but it was a boy dog (I did think it's more of a girl name).

To me, it's a cats name

Misty lives in a trailer and wears Daisy Dukes, sky-high wedges and a blouse knotted just below her cleavage.

I know a Misty. I thought it was short for something at first but it's just her name. It's unusual but I like it

Mary, Maisie, Millie, Mercy, Molly, Melody?

Thea is lovely, sophisticated and the very opposite of Misty. Maggie is also nice.

Lucy and Jude were names I suggested when I had my kids. On that basis (that we might have similar tastes) I called my daughter Alice.

Other contenders for me were Megan and Annie xxx
