Hi all, due baby number 4, DD3 at beginning of December. Can you help? As you can see I go for traditional and quite popular names in the end! But would love to be a bit more original this time. Ideally would like a name with an historic/Royal connection as I unwittingly did with the first three but it doesn't have to. Thanks for your input!

My long list so far is:
Adelaide
Eleanor
Madeleine
Victoria
Juliette
Harriet
Susanna
Georgina

I like all your names but Eleanor is my favourite followed by Harriet.

emilybrontescorset · 01/09/2017 14:12

Catherine or Margaret?

softshells · 01/09/2017 14:12

Juliet is lovely but I am not as keen spelled Juliette - not sure why!

emilybrontescorset · 01/09/2017 14:13

From your list I like Victoria.

notangelinajolie · 01/09/2017 14:14

Louise

The first name I thought was Lydia. Not sure if it fits for you?

Ropsleybunny · 01/09/2017 14:17

I think Victoria is the nicest in your list and goes well with your other childrens' names.

Floralnomad · 01/09/2017 14:20

I was thinking Madeleine before I saw your list , it goes beautifully with your other names. Caroline would also flow nicely but would give you 2 Cs which may be a disadvantage .

Sophie
Matilda

Victoria is my favourite. I like your whole list.

Other suggestions: -
Eugenie
Beatrice : Means "She who brings happiness"
Lucy
Angela: This was one of the Queen Mother's middle names.
Caroline

Amelie?

SimplyPut · 01/09/2017 14:36

James, Isabella and Charlotte... beautiful names!

Alice, Elizabeth, Helena and Matilda would all be lovely.

OrlandaFuriosa · 01/09/2017 14:37

Alberta/Albertina

PodgeBod · 01/09/2017 14:38

When I read your list my mind said "Katherine". Of your list my favourite is Susanna (a name I adore anyway)

daisypond · 01/09/2017 14:43

I like Elizabeth, too, as well as Eleanor. Eleanor of Aquitaine was a formidable Queen - wife of Henry II and mother of the kings Richard and John.

BroomstickOfLove · 01/09/2017 14:44

Eleanor from your list.

I'd also consider Beatrice, Alice, Rosalind and possibly Imogen.

BroomstickOfLove · 01/09/2017 14:45

Not Imogen with an Isabella already. But maybe a Margot.
