Florp, definitely Florp.

EduCated · 24/06/2017 00:35

It has to be Florp.

Try explaining that one at his 18th.

DramaAlpaca · 24/06/2017 00:38

Florp is much nicer than Grey, Beau or Bear.

Look no further, OP.

Can I suggest Florp? It's a rather genteel name of old.

viques · 24/06/2017 00:43

If you are too scared to go full florp OP how about an initial, I give you ( drum roll)

F or rather f because lower case is cool. If could be pronounced eff or ff.

blahthisistoohard · 24/06/2017 00:50

Florp sounds about as real as several others on this thread!

FidgetSpinner · 24/06/2017 00:52

Graham, pronounced grey ham

SealSong · 24/06/2017 00:56

I much prefer the spelling Fflorp. It has a certain something.

MineKraftCheese · 24/06/2017 01:00

Have also heard it pronounced "Flor" with the silent "p". Very elegant.

Whosthemummynow · 24/06/2017 01:04

Full florp 😂 😂 😂

PotOfYoghurt · 24/06/2017 01:32

Please don't use the yooneeq spelling 'Fflorp'. The original is a classic and should not be tampered with.

What are the "unfortunate connotations" of Edward Heath, iismum? Worried his classmates might compare him to the politician and his time in govt/opposition Wink

TeachesOfPeaches · 24/06/2017 11:26

Florp has certain Scandinavian or perhaps Dutch connotations. I agree with Florp.

reuset Edward Heath has been implicated in the child abuse scandal, though nothing has been proved. Even ignoring that, naming your child after a Tory prime minister is a strong political statement!

DownUdderer · 24/06/2017 13:42

Florp Speed

reuset · 24/06/2017 13:44

Yes, I was on the main threads here about Heath a couple of years ago. As you say, nothing has been proved yet

I'm afraid I'd be impressed if playground insult included taunts about having the same name as a 1960s/70s Cons PM/leader. Grin

Floggingmolly · 24/06/2017 13:45

Florp is no stranger than any of the other suggestions, actually. What is it about Bear; that everyone's suddenly mad to foist it on their unsuspecting sons??

Boopboopboop · 24/06/2017 13:48

Just woke up dd laughing at florp

JimmyChoosChimichanga · 24/06/2017 13:51

Fflorp is the Welsh spelling of the old English name Phlorp.
