I love it and the nicknames stephie and Stevie

UsernameInvalid66 · 12/06/2017 21:47

I rather like it.

DramaAlpaca · 12/06/2017 21:50

It's fine. It's miles better than all the old lady names that are fashionable at the moment, and it's not cutesy or twee. So it's a yes from me.

poorbuthappy · 12/06/2017 21:55

It's quite a thing to watch people judge your own name. Smile

BikeRunSki · 12/06/2017 21:59

Mine comes up quite often poorbuthappy. Doesn't always get such a good reception either!

WhatToDoAboutThis2017 · 12/06/2017 22:12

I really don't know why, but I've always associated the name Stephanie with BO Confused

Even though I've never even known a Stephanie, let alone one who had BO Confused

SteppingOnToes · 12/06/2017 22:14

Really sorry but it is my sisters name and she got teased for it at school and called Fanny.

BikeRunSki · 12/06/2017 22:14

Sorry poor, I'm not a Stephanie, I just meant that my name comes up for discussion on here quite often. It ranges from being a "lovely classic", "dull" to "scullery maid name".

Bibs2014 · 12/06/2017 22:15

I've always liked it, especially with the nn Stevie.

poorbuthappy · 12/06/2017 22:15

Never got called Fanny ever

poorbuthappy · 12/06/2017 22:16

Bikerunski. You are now an honorary Stephanie. Enjoy.

Calyrical · 12/06/2017 22:16

I'm not a fan. Very 80s and lends itself to 'Steffffffffff'

BikeRunSki · 12/06/2017 22:20

Awesome, its much nicer than my actual name

MikeUniformMike · 12/06/2017 22:21

How on earth do you get Annie from Stephanie?
