Both are lovely. One is my sisters name and one is my nieces name.

fandabbydozier · 02/04/2017 00:50

Emma. No question.

greenmelon · 02/04/2017 00:50

Both absolutely beautiful names. Grace is my Niece's and DD's middle name and Emma is my sisters name - I do prefer Emma as a first name though. Classically beautiful.

SaltySalt · 02/04/2017 00:50

Emma ♥

grufallosfriend · 02/04/2017 07:37

Emma

Grace is very popular (wasn't it nr1 a few years ago?)

Redpramlady · 02/04/2017 08:11

Both lovely but Emma for me

Less popular and classic

ErrolTheDragon · 02/04/2017 08:17

Unless you have another middle name picked out, Emma Grace Smile

Rockaby · 02/04/2017 08:40

Love both! Can't go wrong.

Emma

Grace.
Emma doesn't feel like a proper name to me. It's a short form of Emmeline, Amela, etc, and I'm not keen on short-form names.

LittleGreyBear · 02/04/2017 12:11

Emma

reuset · 02/04/2017 12:15

Emma is not a short form of Emmeline and Amela etc. It's a name in its own right and was used and introduced to the UK before Emmeline et al.

Ollycat · 02/04/2017 12:18

Emma gorgeous name and there aren't many around (primary and secondary age) - loads of Emily's, Amalie's, Amelia's. Also easy to spell.

Grace also lovely but IMO not as nice - also loads more around.

Ollycat · 02/04/2017 12:20

daisypond Emma is not a short form! It's a real name - what an odd comment!! I don't think Jane Austen was the type to use abbreviations Smile
