Posh/old fashioned long names with cursive nn

Hiya, I'm currently overdue (and a bit fed up) but dh and I still can't pick a name for baby. We don't know the sex so need one for each and have a few ideas but nothing jumps out as the one

We tend to like long names that will last when they are older (dh calls them posh but it's not quite how I'd term them) but that can be nn to cutsie name when little

Current favourite girl name is probably Emilia so nn Millie but I'm worried it's sounds the same as Amelia so there will be loads of them. Boys names I struggle with, love Arthur but not the nn. Any suggestions really welcome

Is there a nn for Juliet other than Julie? I quite like that name too. Really liked Anelle from the book but when I went on a website to check I was pronouncing it, it said some countries pronounce it Anal!!
