I agree with the majority here - I don't see most of those as names for a grown-up, so I wouldn't want them on a BC. As nicknames they're nice, but the longer versions are all nice, too. Bonnie is the only one that isn't a short form. I actually quite like it. It's the same meaning as Bella as a name, so I think it's just as acceptable as a name.
Natalie, Sophie?
Or if you want a pair to Hollie, how about Ivy?
