I would choose Red for a boy and Violet for a girl.

If we go with the original Pokemon games, then:
Red & Blue = Boys names
Green & Yellow = Girls names

Blue (boy)
Violet (girl) - this was on our list!

Blue for a boy or girl

Indigo for a boy, Violet for a girl.

A male in my family is already called Red We also have more of the names listed her but I won't list them for fear of being outed!
