What baby boy names are you hearing of lots now in your circles/on TV etc rather than what's "officially" in the top ten?

Theo. there are three Theo's in my son's nursery. And two Noahs. On our street there are two Jakes under 6 and in DD1's class there are two Wilfred's (there is also a boy who's actual proper name is Bear).

Wow loads of these names are on our list (our top name hasn't been mentioned though :)). I feel like there are fewer boys names! Don't think there are but maybe there are fewer popular boys names, so if they're relatively popular then they are everywhere?? Boys names are hard.

ButterflyOfFreedom · 23/02/2015 20:07

Jacob, Harry & George

Nightstar · 23/02/2015 20:47

All the biblical names are having a massive revival here in the South West.

RL20 · 24/02/2015 09:16

Bree I agree - very difficult to choose boys names. I'm currently 32 weeks and am not really any closer to choosing a name than I was a few months back! I love Freddie but my partner really doesn't. It's not that much of a popular name round here but understand it is in other places.

I know of a lot of Alfie's and Archie's

RL20 · 24/02/2015 09:19
