DH loves Cece but not massively keen on Cecily so kind of only wants to go with it if we really do always call her Cece. I'm just completely torn. I change my mind every five minutes!

Margot. Strong, elegant and not overused.

I really like Romy -- it's normally a NN for Rosemarie but I think it stands up by itself. How about Romy Elizabeth?

Romilly makes me think 'rolypoly' for some reason.
