As they're so rarely used I think anything goes as far as middle names are concerned.

It is Wishful! But I got talked into Rose instead so now I can't use Primrose really.

She's Margaret. Margaret Primrose would have benb gorgeous IMO.

Rhubarb not many things work with our surname actually. It's the same as a "journalist" who married a Frenchman and thinks she's gorgeous...

My friend's first name is Marigold (named after the flower, not the rubber gloves), and she has gotten through life OK, so I'm sure the same would apply with it in the MN spot.

I don't think the brand name matters. To me, anyway, marigold is a flower first and a rubber glove second. If I had my eyes closed, and someone said "here's a marigold" I would assume they were holding a flower not a glove. It's not like the brand names Hoover or Andrex which just conjure up the product.
