She's here - but is she Tess, Bethan or Romilly? Help!

I thought the name would become clear once we saw her - but no. Just can't decide from our final 3 names:

  • Tess (Tessa on birth certificate)
  • Bethan (love Beth, but too Welsh?)
  • Romilly (is this too unusual?)

We would really appreciate your speedy views!

Ahh, congratulations Thanks

Bethan is my favourite, then something to do with heralding spring (for a middle name) as it's a lovely sunny day and I live in hope!

Bumpsadaisie · 25/02/2014 13:04

Tess Tess Tess!

Theonlyoneiknow · 25/02/2014 13:15

My preference:

Bethan (or Bethany or Bronwyn)
Tess
Romilly

stinkingbishop · 25/02/2014 13:20

You are not allowed to have a Romilly because I have one and bagsied it first Wink.

It's a beautiful name. Reaction tends to be 'oh, that's unusual, where did it come from?' but no one misspells/pronounces/thinks it's weird.

MrsBungle · 25/02/2014 13:22

I prefer Bethan

thegreatgatsby101 · 25/02/2014 13:25

They are all lovely but I would go for Tessa.

You have great taste! X

Leeds2 · 25/02/2014 13:58

Prefer Romilly, then Tess, then Bethan. I wouldn't avoid Bethan on the grounds of it being too Welsh though!

PunkAssMoFo · 25/02/2014 14:03

Romilly. Love it

Tess is ok. Bethan I find a bit 80's & yes v welsh

winterhat · 25/02/2014 17:24

Bethan, or Bethany

Tess and Tessa are nice but I think of them as nicknames for Teresa.

I don't like Romilly.

MummyGreen11 · 25/02/2014 17:37

Congratulations!

I LOVE Romilly, unusal but not weird!

Tess reminds me of a Dog's name - (no offence intended) and Bethan sounds a bit boring and baby-ish....she will grow up eventually :)

Good Luck making a choice!! :)

SuperWifeANDMum · 25/02/2014 17:38

Congratulations She just HAS to be Romilly.

Beautiful Name.

poorincashrichinlove · 25/02/2014 17:41

Romily is a great name. Congratulations x

Stockhausen · 25/02/2014 17:45

Romilly is lovely, reminds me of the news lady romily weeks??

minipie · 25/02/2014 18:46

Fabulous names all 3, I can't possibly decide

If you twist my arm I'd say Romilly. Then Tessa/Tess. Bethan last, and I prefer Bethany.

systemsmalfunction · 26/02/2014 00:02

Tess is super stunning

NannyPlumForPM · 26/02/2014 00:18

Another vote for Romilly here- I don't love Bethan or tess

MummyBeerest · 26/02/2014 00:37

Congratulations!

Tessa is beautiful.

PolyesterBride · 26/02/2014 00:40

I wouldn't know how to pronounce Bethan so I would go for one of the other two.

LadyHarrietdeSpook · 26/02/2014 02:10

Romilly!

Benchmark · 26/02/2014 08:08

Definitely Bethan or Tessa. I like Bethany too. Bethan definitely not too Welsh. Dislike Romilly.

Only1scoop · 26/02/2014 08:09

Tess

commsgirl · 26/02/2014 08:49

Romilly, or Bethan.

Congrats Thanks

Theas18 · 26/02/2014 08:54

Tess/tessa

Ace name. Brilliantly flexible for a cute baby/toddler, girly girl or tomboy through to a pretty teen or a moody emo/goth/punk phase to running the country or servicing motorbikes (whilst having a sideline in a multinational company of course!).

Notsurehowthathappened · 26/02/2014 08:58

Romilly. A beautiful name at all ages!!

HappyAsEyeAm · 26/02/2014 09:14

Bethan. I really like it. I like Beth too (but only when its short for Bethan, not when its short for Elizabeth, for some reason).
