To me Francesca and Olive don't really fit with the others. Olive is a different style of name and Francesca isn't a name I'd choose anymore, nice though it is, as it's become rather over used. The others are all really

Just to point out that Francesca only has one S, so unless you're deliberately going for an unusual spelling then DD would be subjected to a lifetimes of saying "no, it's two s's" :)

I love Elizabeth, Penelope and Genevieve. Vivienne us my mum's name which would put me off, although I don't see why it should stop you
