A nice girls name not ending in "a" or "ie"/"y" sound...

Can anyone suggest any?

I would like a name that is not cutsie if having a girl. I find the "ie"/"y" ending names too twee. dd1 does have a name ending in "a" but I would like something different.

The only names I can think of are either too old fashioned (Margaret/Ruth/Rachel etc), names of a friend's child so taken (Imogen/Abigail), my daughter's middle name (Katherine) or no good because I can't name my child after the Queen (Elizabeth)!

We had Juliet, Kate, Scarlett, Xanthe, Iris, Imogen and Isabel on our list for DD (who ended up being Maggie, which although it end in "ie" I don't think of as very cutesy!)

Scarlett (not biased at all) or Charlotte are great choices.

Bear in mind she may inherit a nn ending in y or ie though...
