Lisa - which above spelling do you prefer?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

This is the same op that has a thread about "just because you are mum is no excuse to look like a tramp" or words to that effect!!

You seem amazingly concerned by other peoples appearance?
Maybe that's why you're so stressed?

And FWIW my spelling of the name would have been L'zaar. :)

Basically, OP posted something along these line:

"Some of my bridesmaids are fat, I want thin bridesmaids so I have nice wedding photos, what's the best way for me to tell them this?"

Lots of people went Shock Shock Shock, there was lots of flaming and name calling, and mumsnet deleted the whole thing.

Numberlock · 10/08/2012 10:55

Thanks, guys. All sounds perfectly reasonable to me Wink

libelulle · 10/08/2012 11:11

Flooded Shock at OP saying you'd sent her a private message when you hadn't! Kind of weird that it didn't occur to her that you might call her on it, though Grin

I think Brian, pronounced Melanie is the best suggestion so far, closely followed by Llisa, in proper welsh style.

CaptainHetty · 10/08/2012 11:15

She also has a post about people dressing in Tesco jeans and not making an effort after having children... I think she is quite obviously very bored :o

There was a girl at school with me called Leesa. Personally prefer the traditional spelling. Lisa like Lisa Simpson :)

shesariver · 11/08/2012 09:06

You lot are really not thinking outside the box here. How about L££$A? Grin

NoComet · 11/08/2012 10:26

Lisa, Lisa Carrington NZ has just won the canoe sprint.

Really can't see any reason for an of spelling

Nice name, goes with long and short surnames.

NoComet · 11/08/2012 10:26

Odd spelling.

BlueMoon74 · 11/08/2012 10:34

Ham69 · 11/08/2012 10:34

Numberlock · 11/08/2012 13:31

Numberlock · 12/08/2012 20:28
