I like Ned best only if Edward is given
if not I like Arthur best
Sonny is a nn IMO

winkle2 · 12/06/2012 22:59

I like Sonny

ZombiesAreClammyDodgers · 12/06/2012 23:17

My vote for Arthur Smile

Really like Ned! Generally I prefer a 'full' name, but not massively keen on Edward.
Arthur is nice too, just not as good a Ned.
Sonny is not great.

I think Ned is a brilliant name for a child, but a silly name for an adult.

thegreylady · 13/06/2012 22:27

I know two boys named Sonny-one is 5 and one is 10-I dont like it all for an adult

EdithWeston · 13/06/2012 22:32

I think Edward/Ned goes best with the others. Arthur is OK too.

You could use Sonny as a family nn irrespective of what his actual name is, but I don't think it works as a name generally and it has quite a different tone to the rest.

Arthur is best. I also quite like Ned. Sonny - no.

comedaygoday · 14/06/2012 11:45

1 Arthur
2 Ned, but only if you use Edward on bc.

Not Sonny, it is awful. (sorry)

SugarBatty · 14/06/2012 11:59

Arthur if your going to dress him in a flat cap and tweed.

Ned sounds like a horse

Sonny is lovely
