Following on from the Boys thread I decided to start a girls thread.

If I have a baby girl tomorrow(wishful thinking 38 weeks) she will be called Rosalie Jean.

What would you call your Baby Girl?

Maybe maybe one more baby before fallops close up shop....should I be blessed with another baby girl I would choose Shalom...

Madeleine Emily
If I have to choose something DH would agree with, probably Lyra Emily (we have agreed on Emily as the middle name for any future DD as it narrowly lost out on being DD1's name).

ds2 would have been that had he been a girl. I love it but I am not having more children so I'll never get to use it :(.

If my DH had his way it would be Arizona. Luckily we're all done (and our 2nd was a DS) so he won't be getting his way.

Susan, after one of my dearest friends from university (and it's such a pretty name, too).

A second idea: Lorna. See, I have a very good online friend called Laura, a true kindred spirit. However, I'm not quite keen enough on the name "Laura" to bestow it on a child, but I do like "Lorna" enough, and that's very similar.

MarianForrester · 07/07/2012 23:48
