Well mine won't be usable, but I'll share...

Paternal José Francisco & María Purificación
Maternal: Jesús Angel & María Natividad

These are their first names, middle names do not exist in Hispanic culture, you either just have one name (one of my great-grandfather's was just Vicente) or a double compound first name. I have a double name and yes the first of those is María!

purple strawberry - i love hispanic names.

we always used to make them up as a friend was maria encarnacion (known as encarna), so we used to joke about maria constipacion; maria superannuacion etc

sorry - puerile probably, but it was funny as students and she laughed too (hopefully not through gritted teeth).

Maternal GP (born just pre WW1) = Jessie and Herbert (which he hated)
Their siblings included Ethel Dora, John, Gertrude (gertie), Elsie, Margaret, William, Percy, Harry, Alice May (known as May)

Paternal GP - George and Alma.

DH's maternal GP (don't know paternal) - Catherine and James (born late 1800's). James pops up a lot in his family, and our ds's name.
