How about this on dh's side:
Odette Yvonne Marie-Therese (one person). Her surname is triple barrelled and two of the 'barrells' have prefixes. So her full name is made up of nine words. Imagine filling in forms!

She grew up in the gardener's cottage because they accidentally burnt down their castle.

Jane, not married, gave birth in a poorhouse so that branch of family tree a bit dead...

Luckily we had 3 DS, so never had to use Sybil or Gertrude, but we ARE about to get a puppy which will be called Millie! (what a DD would have been called if we'd had one!)
