(my cousin named his son after Lewis but calls him Louie which I think is lovely)
(Dorothy's siblings were Edith and Rex and my sister has a young Rex - unusual but does not need spelling/explaining)

Not sure about the grandparents, but we did find a very old English name for our DD2 that we are quite chuffed with: Christabel
Quite a strong one, Google Christabel Pankhurst :)

BTW, I like Rex!! Translates as 'king' or 'ruler'. Nice one!
